Giveaways
Start one, let it run, roll a winner. Entry requirements, rerolls and a log.

#Starting one
/giveaway start or the dashboard. A giveaway needs a prize, a length and a number of
winners; everything else is optional.
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Prize | What is shown on the card |
| Duration | How long entries stay open |
| Winners | How many are drawn |
| Required role | Only that role can enter |
| Blocked role | That role cannot enter |
| Host | Who it is credited to |
#While it runs
The card updates as people enter. You can pause a giveaway to stop new entries without ending it, resume it, edit the prize or duration, or end it early.
/giveaway ban blocks a specific user from entering, for when someone is gaming it.
#Ending and rerolling
At the end, winners are drawn and announced. If a winner does not claim, /giveaway reroll
or t!reroll draws again from the same entries. The original winners are excluded so you
do not draw the same person twice.
/giveaway list shows what is running. /giveaway delete removes one entirely, including
its card.
#Who can run them
Giveaways are their own permission tier. Rather than needing Manage Server, a giveaway host role can run them and nothing else.
That role also works on the dashboard: give it a scoped role with Giveaways set to Can edit and it gets the giveaways page without the rest of the server's settings.
Pair a giveaway host role with tickets narrowed to your giveaway ticket type. Hosts get their giveaways and their claim tickets, and nothing else in the dashboard opens.
